Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our ranges of jewellery and designer homeware art, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, we will charge you in Pounds Sterling, which will be converted to your local currency by your credit card company. Please contact your credit card issuer if you wish to verify the exchange rate applicable.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro / Switch, Solo, Visa Electon and Visa Debit / Delta.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. However, this does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. If we are unable to process an order for any reason, we will contact you immediately and (if payment has already been taken from your credit or debit card) we will refund the full amount to your card immediately. In the case of a change of price or product details as a result of factors beyond our control, we will always contact you first to ensure that the change is acceptable. |
Delivery Schedule We hold stock of all the items shown on our site, ready for immediate despatch. Orders received before 2pm on a working day will normally be despatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm or on non-working days will be despatched the next working day.
During the checkout process, you will be given the option to deliver your order to an address other than the billing address of your card, and to have your order wrapped if it is a gift.
Our deliveries are made by courier. We will email you to confirm that the order has been collected from us by the courier. Deliveries to UK Mainland addresses (excluding the Highlands and Islands) are made the following working day; deliveries to other locations may take up to 7 days.
If you require us to deliver your order to an office address, apartment building, or other shared building, we cannot accept responsibility for the goods after they have been signed for at your building. You must either ensure that you are present personally to sign for the order, or else ensure that suitable arrangements exist for the order to be signed for and kept safe on your behalf. |
| Back Orders We update our site daily to reflect stock availability. In most circumstances, therefore, orders accepted on the site can be despatched immediately. Occasionally - if, for example, a product is damaged during packaging or delivery - we will back order items that we cannot despatch. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

Guarantee If anything you have ordered does not live up to your expectations then just return it to us unused, in resaleable condition in its original undamaged packaging and we will immediately refund you.
We are sorry but for hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.

Privacy Policy Appena.co.uk respects your right to privacy and we will never share or disclose your details to any other company, or contact you on any other company's behalf. The only time your details will be utilised by other companies in the course of placing an order with appena.co.uk is when your credit or debit card is processed on our behalf by Nochex, and when we provide your delivery address (and no other details) to our courier partners. Neither NoChex nor our courier partners store these details beyond the completion of your order.
